Empowering
Deaf People
Across Lanarkshire Since 2012
Deaf Services Lanarkshire is a charity breaking down communication barriers for Deaf people across Lanarkshire. Founded by Liz and Eddie McLuskey, we support the Deaf community through advocacy, BSL interpreting, training, and Deaf awareness. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information, opportunities, and everyday services, empowering Deaf people to live independently, connect with their community, and have their voices heard.
Clear Communication, Every Time
Deaf Services Lanarkshire provides fully qualified, NRCPD-registered British Sign Language / English interpreters for a wide range of settings - from GP appointments and legal consultations to corporate events and community meetings.
Our interpreters are based across Lanarkshire and are available at short notice. We also offer Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) for situations where an in-person interpreter cannot attend.
